Petey DeAbreu · Your Host
Bronx-born and fully Bronx-powered, Petey DeAbreu is what happens when a poet of the five boroughs decides jokes pay better. He’s toured with Ilana Glazer, played Comedy Central’s Clusterfest, and co-produced Glazer’s Amazon special “The Planet is Burning.” As a host he doesn’t warm up a crowd so much as deep-fry it.
Blake Freeman
Australia’s loss, New York’s problem now. Blake won Best Newcomer at the 2019 Melbourne International Comedy Festival, played London’s Soho Theatre, and appeared on ABC’s “Question Everything” before moving to NYC. His Instagram bio describes him as “Comedian. Coward. Your dad.” At least one of those is verifiable Thursday night.
Erin Jackson
Erin Jackson has done Conan, Late Night with Seth Meyers, and Ellen, made her Netflix debut on “Tiffany Haddish Presents: They Ready,” and watched her album “Grudgery” debut at No. 1 on the iTunes comedy charts. She is one of the sharpest comics working in New York, and she will make it look easy, which is rude to everyone else on the lineup.
Sharief Johnson
Jersey-raised comic, actor, and storyteller. You’ve seen Sharief as Damon in 50 Cent’s “Power Book III: Raising Kanan” and in the film “Boogie” alongside Pop Smoke, and he won the SiriusXM comedy competition on Sway in the Morning. On stage he’s all momentum: improv, characters, and stories that go exactly where you hoped they wouldn’t.
Kc Shornima
Born in Kathmandu, sharpened in American clubs, and currently writing for SNL’s Weekend Update. Kc has shared stages with Nate Bargatze, Dave Attell, and Shane Gillis. When the person who writes jokes for network TV all week gets to say the uncensored ones on a Thursday night, you want to be watching.
Peter Revello
Staten Island’s own, with a Tonight Show appearance, a Comedy Central sketch, and a philosophy degree he’s using exactly as intended: on stage, overthinking things for your entertainment. His Instagram bio reads “NYC Comedian. Big Deal.” Honestly, fair.
