Mint Comedy “Win a Trip to New York” Giveaway

1. Sponsor

The “Win a Trip to New York” Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by The Comedy Stream, Inc. DBA Mint Comedy, 120 E. Palmetto Park Rd. STE 405, Boca Raton, Florida (“Sponsor”). The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or the Comedy Cellar.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and representatives of Sponsor, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and household members, are not eligible. The Giveaway is void outside the 50 United States and D.C. and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on August 25, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on September 1, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Entry Period”). Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be counted.

4. How to Enter

Instagram entry. During the Entry Period: (1) follow @realmintcomedy on Instagram, (2) like the official Giveaway post on the @realmintcomedy account, and (3) tag one (1) friend in the comments of the Giveaway post. Completing all three steps counts as one (1) entry. Tagging additional friends does not earn additional entries. The friend you tag must be a real person with an active Instagram account; tags of celebrity, brand, or fake accounts will not qualify. Limit one (1) entry per person and per Instagram account. Entries generated by bots, scripts, or multiple accounts will be disqualified.

Free alternate entry. To enter without an Instagram account, email your full name, mailing address, phone number, and date of birth to social@mintcomedy.com with the subject line “NY Giveaway Entry” during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) alternate entry per person. Alternate entries have the same chance of winning as Instagram entries.

5. Winner Selection and Odds

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about September 2, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway.

6. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified via Instagram direct message from the official @realmintcomedy account (or by email, for alternate entries) within approximately three (3) days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification and may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and (where lawful) a publicity release. If a potential winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited.

Beware of scams. Sponsor will never ask entrants for payment, credit card numbers, or account passwords. The only official account is @realmintcomedy. Messages from lookalike accounts are fraudulent.

7. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a trip for two (2) to New York, New York, consisting of:

• *Two (2) round-trip economy flights from a major U.S. airport near the winner’s residence to the New York City area (UP TO $1,000 per passenger ($2,000 total))
• **Hotel accommodations for one (1) room, two (2) nights (Up to $750 for 2 nights)
• Two (2) tickets to one Mint Comedy Thursday 9:30pm EST live show recorded at the Comedy Cellar in New York, NY, between Sept. 10th, 2026 and November 19th, 2026 (ARV: $100)

Approximate total ARV of the prize package: $2,850. Actual value may vary based on point of departure, travel dates, and market rates; any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded.

Travel and show date must be completed by Nov 30, 2026 and are subject to availability and Sponsor approval. Flights and hotel will be booked by the winner. Winner must submit receipts to Sponsor for reimbursement. The winner’s guest must be 21 or older. All expenses not expressly listed above, including ground transportation, baggage fees, meals, incidentals, travel insurance, and gratuities, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

8. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of the prize and must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, Instagram handle, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

10. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs its integrity, and in such case to select the winner from eligible entries received before the action was taken. Entrants must comply with Instagram’s Terms of Use.

11. Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., the Comedy Cellar, and their respective parents, affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the prize, including travel-related claims. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind.

12. Disputes and Governing Law

Except where prohibited, all disputes arising out of the Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any claims shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

13. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry will be used to administer the Giveaway and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Entrant information will not be sold to third parties.

14. Winner’s Name

For the name of the winner, send an email with the subject line “NY Giveaway Winner Request” to social@mintcomedy.com within sixty (60) days after the end of the Entry Period.

15. Instagram Release

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, each entrant completely releases Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from all liability and acknowledges that information is provided to Sponsor and not to Instagram.
