Who is Sahib Singh?
Sahib Singh is a first-generation Indian-American comedian, writer, and actor originally from Baltimore, Maryland, and now based in New York City. He is a rising star of the Baltimore/D.C. stand-up scene who has expanded nationally through club work, touring, and social media. He served five years in the JROTC before pursuing comedy full time. In 2019 he won the Magooby’s New Comedian of the Year competition.
He has been on the road performing stand-up with Nimesh Patel and opened for Hasan Minhaj on multiple dates of Minhaj’s 2022 King’s Jester Tour. He wrote, produced, directed, and starred in content for Comedy Central’s Creators Program, and participated in the 2021 ViacomCBS Comedy Showcase. He can be seen in the digital series As Seen on Adult Swim. His original videos and stand-up clips have earned him a strong social media following through his mellow yet precise comedic style. By 2026 he was selling out theater dates across the country on his headlining tour. He performs regularly at the Comedy Cellar and clubs across New York City and the country.
